This unit focuses around 6th grade common core math standards. Students are engaged in a two week project where they are solving a real world problem through integration of mathematics problem solving, critical thinking, area, perimeter, drawing to scale, proportionally reasoning and speaking skills. The final product will be presented to an audience that will determine a "Best in Putt" challenge winner.
